Main Dining Room
Located in Meyer-Evans Student Center, the main dining room has quality, variety, convenience, and flexibility that are second to none. From vegetarians to those on the Atkins diet, the dining hall has something for everyone. In fact, the food is so good at Lincoln College you will see the faculty and staff eating lunch in the cafeteria every day!
Located in the dining room, the Lynx Shack serves a variety of food, in addition to regular meals. During breakfast, you can build your own omelette, get eggs cooked to order, and even make your own Belgian waffles. During lunch and dinner, you can get hamburgers, brats, hot dogs, french fries, homemade pizzas. There is even a nacho machine with chips and both nacho cheese sauce and cheddar cheese sauce machines.
The Lynx Shack is open for breakfast Monday – Friday from 7:30am – 9:00am, lunch from 11:00am – 1:15pm, and dinner from 4:45pm – 6:45pm. On Sundays, the Lynx Shack is open for dinner from 5:00pm – 6:00pm.
The Lynx Den is a part of the students’ meal plan during lunch hours. After lunch, it is a cash operation. The Lynx Den is open for lunch Monday – Friday from 1:30pm – 2:30pm for students only that have classes during their lunch hour. Here, they can pick up a sandwich, french fries, get a salad, dessert, and a beverage. In the evenings, it is open from 7:00pm – 11:00pm 7 days a week.
The Lynx Den serves everything from burgers, chicken sandwiches, grilled cheese, patty melts, and corn dogs, to french fries, cheese sticks, and onion rings. There are also nightly specials.
